"I made a appt. Tue. Got there at 7am tires hadn't been ordered. Had to come in on Wed. Got there a 7am. Got out after 9am even with an appt. I spent 2 hrs , there. There was only 1 mechanic. That's not how you run a business if you want to keep customers."
"went in for my lifetime front end alignment an was told that all my tires were bad,an all my shocks were bad,an all my power steering lines were bad,an my whole rack an pinion system need to be replace.so my free alignment would cost me 6088.30 dollars.what a joke this place is.my tires are from sams, an they only have 18,00 miles on them.sams says the tires are great shape.1 power steering line is leaking so i guess the manger thought he could sale me a whole new system.i am going to report this to reno consumer protection agency,an see what they say about all this.this place should be CLOSED. i have the contract if you need to see this joke of a business."
"I made an appointment for 9. I arrived at 850. Went to breakfast came back at ten to witness them just begin to work on car. oil change and filter. Got out at 1025. Charged for $40 for $12 air filter. Employees work without any urgency, y they move like zombies."
"Great tire prices and John is very helpful and pleasant to work with. He called when the job was done and stayed after hours so I could pick the chipper up. John found these obscure tires for the 1962 chipper and got them ordered and installed pronto!"
