"Always have great service, bought a set of tires for my new rims and after about 2 days I didn't like how they fit my wheels which I had picked out the size myself came back and asked if they can exchange them for a different size no questions asked they went ahead and switch them out couldn't be happier with the new set. Thanks this is the third set I have purchased."
"Took my car into Les Schwab, the right rear shock was making noise. They took the shock off and found out the nut holding the casing had come lose. They tightened it put it back and didn't charge me. Les Schwab is honest and trustworthy, the only place I will take my care for tires, brakes and shocks. "They made a mistake. It it made me think the transmission was bad and I almost threw the car away! I realized Les Schwab was at fault, had it towed there. They made it a priority to fix, no charge of course, and I was on my way. Eventually I made my way back to the original store so that I could discuss a refund with them for the money I was out of pocket for hotels. I'm waiting for word back from them I'll let you know how it goes!"
"Super helpful, professional and polite . They had my car in at my appointment time and quickly were able to tell me my rim was cracked in 5 spots. I forgot the kids name who helped me but it started with a B and he has blonde hair."
