"One star for getting the job done. I had my cabin air filter replaced today on my 2011 Toyota Prius. The filter itself was $20.01. The Labor Charge to remove and replace it was $50.00 for a task that takes a maximum time of 5 minutes! Plus a charge for “Job Supplies “ of $7.01 for what??!? I have been a customer of this business for 25+ years and have purchased many sets of tires and used them for other services also but that was my last transaction and will not return. The business has changed since they started taking pictures of the inspections they do. I don’t need to see that - waste of time. That’s my opinion . I trusted the guys that advised me over the years. Just not the same business that it once was and I grew to like. I should have bailed when Clint departed from there. Oh well, Les Schwab here I come. Josh, good luck as you continue the new business plan."

"They did a alignment my 1992 jeep cherokee Gave me a full print out of all of the old readings , including what it got changed to And identified the cause of the death wobble. Also got a print out including next oil change times And showing that my windshield wipers needed to be replaced Which I appreciated I think this is the most honest shop i have been to highly recommend 10/10 I have had Some bad experiences in reno with shops...Never going to another shop!!!!! Love this place"
"We brought our car in to have the tires balanced. The road force balancing machine is awesome!!! Found out the new tires we bought are faulty. The reason for the 3 stars is because they did an inspection on the car that we didn’t know about. It’s a good way to get more business and help out customers. When we got our car back, the glove box was on the floor and cabin air filter sitting next to it!!!!! I put it back together so we could get going. We had a good experience, they are just missing the QC check at the end."
"This is one of the best auto shops in Reno. They send videos and pictures and explain everything. For those of us not fluent in auto-talk, this is much appreciated.
