"Pretty okay. Some of the staff had problems driving a late 90's stick shift. If you get your to Tires here it's a lot cheaper if you have to replace one. This location is super busy so I had to make an appointment to have them re-balance one tire. All I in all the salespeople were nice. They should hire a person to exclusively take phone calls because it takes forever to get through on the phone. You might as well email."
"A deep pothole on Hwy. 395 blew out my front passenger side tire last week. I went back to the same place I'd originally purchased the tires, Discount Tires, to take care of the problem. Turns out my front driver's side tire wasn't in very good shape, so I needed two new tires. The salesman ordered the tires for me, assuring me they'd be in by 10:30am the following morning. I showed up about 11:00am the next day and waited perhaps an hour to have the two new tires mounted and balanced. The work was done swiftly and professionally and the result is phenomenal. I could feel the difference immediately ... the car feels more stable, manageable and alligned. The wait in their clean lobby wasn't unpleasant and the price was outstanding. I've been going to Discount Tires since I purchased my vehicle four years ago and they haven't once disappointed me. I highly recommend Discount Tires for new tires or for any tire needs you may have."
