"The service from the Consultation to the Install was grade A. They were kind, courageous, respectful and most importantly, consistent. Ray, the consultant, would answer every question honestly and didn’t hesitate when I wanted further info in person. Raughn, the Installer, was awesome in his technical knowledge and courteous when coming into my home. He really took the time to walk me through the inner workings of the new unit I purchased and the water system in my home. Every question was met with knowledge and patience. Following install, Ray came back to go over the system and answer any further questions about the unit. Really a great experience throughout and a great product overall. It’s a rare thing to get an overall great experience from start to finish but Pure Water Systems of Nevada did just that."

"Our clean water journey started out by inquiring about getting a water cooler from one of the big national companies so we'd have better tasting water. A few tests however confirmed that our water quality was pretty poor, even coming out of our fridge water filter. Our water was also a bit on the hard side which was evident by all the buildup we get on our faucets and shower heads. We decided to get a whole home system to purify and condition out water. We initially inquired with the big national company and got a quote. For comparison I also called up Pure Water Systems of NV to come do their own testing and product quote. Ray came out to run some tests and the results were near identical to the other vendor and we were so shocked at just how much more value Pure Water had offered. The price was thousands less than the competitor and the equipment was newer and better. We are very happy with our purchase and have definitely noticed a difference in softness and in taste. "When Raymond came to our 5 year old home and tested the water, it was quite disappointing to say the least, that our water in this town is not optimal. We saw it with all the hard water build-up in our all our faucets and shower heads. The tests (not just strips) gave us quite an insight as to how much chlorine our water had and what was being ingested on top of all the other impurities that were tested for. Listen and learn people, the water, if not treated can cause you harm. Financially and physically. Raymond is a great individual to to work with and have as a territory manager. Great explanations and easy to understand insights. Personable, friendly, and LISTENS to your needs. 4 days later, we had our water softener installed and we can tell the difference in the water. From drinking it, to showers, to laundry. Just to test, I filled up a water bottle of the "old" water from the fridge before install into my HydroFlask and a plastic water bottle. Later that night we had a taste test. Totally different. The system itself is so easy to understand and the install technician, James, is a great guy. His explanations and insights gave us further input into how the system works, and the extremely minimal maintenance that needs to occur. Great work Pure Water Systems of NV!"
