"I ordered food 3/16/24. Never received it and the DoorDash person did not respond to messages or a call. Called the store to report the problem. Had to call back 30 minutes later as first person did not call me back. Offered a refund that I have yet to see show up. I just disputed the charge with my credit card company."

"Their food is terrible. They never put extra cheese on the pizza , they charge you for it, though. Often, the pizza is dry with no sauce, and it is hardly ever hot. The food is never fresh, nor is it edible. When you complain, they offer a credit instead of a refund. I don't want free pizza, I want the pizza made right . I don't want a credit for pizza I won't like anyway. If I ask them to make it right, they won't. If you can't put sauce on a pizza or extra cheese, don't offer it then. Better yet, don't go into the pizza business"
