"The location is very easy to get to. It is clear they put effort in to their atmosphere and their front staff is wonderful and friendly. The reason for a middling review though is that the masseuses are very hit or miss. You can get a great one who clearly has a knack and knows what they are doing or you can get one that is frankly pretty awful. Their prices are completive for the region, and this is a great place to get a gift for a loved one for a treatment of some kind so long as you vet which provider will be doing the service."
"I couldn’t tell you the name of the therapist my girlfriend had during our couples massage, I don’t think he introduced himself. Long story short; I don’t know who hired this guy. He ripped her hair out when it got stuck in his chair, didn’t hardly massage her hands, feet, or arms. And instead spent the whole time contorting her body in weird positions and karate chopping her. We’re gonna have to get a new massage because he was so aggressive and rough that her body legitimately hurts. She also didn’t feel like he was making sure her body was covered at several points during this weird experience, which included pouring hot oil directly onto her body. My therapist on the other hand was great, used perfect pressure, and did a whole body massage. 2 stars because the other therapists we’ve had have been great."
"My husband and I had a couples massage this morning with Morgan and Brad. The massages themselves were fantastic! The atmosphere of the entire spa was very clean and relaxing. Our whole experience from the time we walked in the door was wonderful. Everyone we interacted with was polite and helpful and if we lived locally, we'd definitely be signing up for memberships. As it is, we will certainly be back on our next trip to Reno!"
"Shaylene is an outstanding massage therapist. The front desk staff is always friendly and polite. The spa was clean and well stocked as usual. I’ve been a member at this spa since the day it opened and I still enjoy it as much as when I first joined. Great job Mary Rae and your staff."
"Very well kept and relaxing spa! I had Gina for a premium purifying facial and she provided a relaxing and stress-free environment. It felt amazing! She is very knowledgeable on different care routines, products, and any questions I had. I felt extremely heard and welcomed and I got a relaxing shoulder massage as well. :) Will be back!"
