"Dr. Schroeder is the best. She helped me so much at the end of life process with my boy and now that I have a girl she is helping me with every aspect of her life. Thank you so much Dr."

"The team was amazing from the first phone call! So kind, very help, non judgmental and really helped me understand what was going on with my dog. From front to back I loved everyone! I highly recommend coming here. It’s not easy dealing with money, healthcare, and decision making. They explained in detail the options I had, and I made my decision as a pet parent on what that meant to me and how to move forward. I never once felt it was about money. It was all for the care of my lil Chico :) Truly the best experience Chico thanks you ❤️"

"Excellent customer service. We have taken our dog there for an emergency and for his vaccination shots. The staff is very welcoming and was quick to help us. We got an appointment the same day for vaccinations and when we arrived after weigh in we were escorted immediately to a room. We were greeted by a licensed vet tech who did our dogs vitals. She then said the doctor was running late but could do the vaccine as she was licensed so we would not have to wait. I appreciated that she immediately took our dog and within minutes we were done. As we checked out we were given new tags. It cost $70 which I thought was very reasonable. I would recommend this vet very much."

"The staff is very helpful and courteous. They explained everything to me. My dog got the attention she needed. The dr. Also was very nice,he explained everything that needed to be done. The price was reasonable. I found a vet I will be taking my babies to. I can now relax knowing she's in good hands. She's my life!"

"I brought my 14 year old dog in for euthanasia. Because I don't have an extra $600 (just for x-rays). Plus lying around to be extorted for the vet to proudly extend the life of my dog, What? Another year.. max. She was denied the euthanasia, and sent home. Because, this isn't suffering enough... They want to turn my baby into a science experiment, to be poked and prodded in her final days, Do x rays and diagnostics. Didn't you get enough experience experimenting in medical school? I've already completed the bargaining process, of what can I do to keep her alive. The bottom line is- Nothing!! She's 14!!! Then to be patronized by your staff, (the same staff who promised you wouldn't try extorting a sick and ailing dog out of more money) for wanting to make the most selfless decision my dog deserves because I don't want to extend her life only to bargain and wager her life against the balance of funds for you to have fun. Absolute extortion! I've never experienced anything so disgusting not even during my 6 years in an ambulance. Where are the ethics in making a 14 year old dog suffer to death? Shame on you for banking on people's heart ache!"
