"I've been coming here since last December. Super cool staff. But, this new guy isn't the same vibes. I called the store from Sprouts down the street. I asked if they had pinky mice. The girl that answered the phone said yes. I got there and asked for pinkies. He quickly says no. That they're out. I told him I just called. He said it wasn't him. Obviously. I did see a female employee. But, I didn't feel like arguing. I asked for THREE dozen crickets. He charges me. I pay him, and he starts helping the other customers. I asked him about my crickets. He's like, "Oh, yeah." I get home and there's not even 3 dozen crickets. There's two dozen. Not cool whatsoever. I've already had a rough day. This just made it worse."
"As a local pet owner of 2 snakes and 2 bearded dragons, this is my go to for food and accessories. I enjoy strolling through to see all their new reptiles and other creatures. Employees are always helpful and friendly."
"Phenomenal customer service!! We dealt first with Shelly and she was the kindest soul in Vegas. She didn't try to rush us out even though we kept her after. Her and the panther chameleon they had were the reason we came back a couple days later. We then dealt with Thomas who had superb customer service. You could tell he genuinely cared about the animals in the shop. He didn't hesitate on any question we had for him. He made it impossible for us to not buy their only panther chameleon so we came back later in the week to take our baby home. The staff and shop itself were: Knowledgeable Caring Patient Affordable CLEAN!"
"I have officially gotten two beautiful snakes from this location. A Blue Eyed Leucistic and a Hypo Jungle Motley Red Tailed Boa. Staff is beyond friendly and knowledgeable. It’s always super clean and everyone is so helpful."
