Well Groomed Pets Las Vegas

"I took her back and had her “groomed” for over 100$. The groomer didn’t shave her, do her paws, ears, nails, butt, nothing. No clue what she did but she didn’t groom her. I found myself in the area just now and last minute came in To get my lil girls nails trimmed. Ally helped me, was so nice and got my pup in the back where two of them held her wherei could see, they pet her Andrew talked to her and were so nice. Was only 13$ plus tip! Cute spot too. Will be back!"

"Alright, I previously posted a 5 star review, I can’t in just to get my dogs nails trimmed and they were so nice and I plopped a 5 star and raving review online for them. Then I went back to get my 7 pounds incredibly calm poodle groomed. I told the woman up front I needed her short because I can’t afford to get her groomed every 4 weeks and brushing her out nightly isn’t an ideal option. I also asked if they did ears, as hers needed to be plucked. She said they did do them. I leave, and when I come to pick her up she rounds the corner and to my horror I can’t tell she’s even been groomed. Her hair is just about as long as it was when I dropped her off. So I panicked and apologize (not my fault but I felt bad) told her I needed her shaved down so she took her back, and the groomer re shaved her, took about 4 minutes. I tipped 20% and left. Then I get home and realize that aside from her head and ears looking incredibly uneven, and her weird demeanor ( she wouldn’t come near me for 24 hours, she’s 3 years old and has never acted like that before, ever. Obviously she had some type of traumatizing experience there) her nails weren’t trimmed, a couple kind of were but barely and she missed a bunch of them. And her ears weren’t done. I work 2 jobs so having to drive back up there wasn’t an option until the following weekend (yesterday) . I took her back frustrated, I feel like she just didn’t groom her. Washed her, dried her, tried a couple nails, trimmed her top poof a little and called it a day! Even the receptionist admitted she was let any shorter after the “grooming” . So a different groomer trimmed her nails, agreed they weren’t really done, and plucked her ears. The receptionist said she’d contact the owner to ask for some type of refund. I spent over 100$ for a grooming that never actually happened. Well, I gave it the day and all of today and never heard anything back. Clearly the owner doesn’t care. And THEN I realize she didn’t even trim her paws. They are all grown out in between her pads which makes walking slippery and difficult. She LITERALLY did nothing. NOTHING. And I paid over 100$ for it. It’s criminal to be honest. A complete rip off. I will not ever. EVER be going back. And advise others to avoid. They need to look into the woman that groomed my dog, if they care about their business at all. Though considering the owner never got back to me, I’m not sure they do."

"This place is awesome! The owner is super nice and so comfortable to talk to. My toy poodle has a leg issue, and they took him with no problems. Other places wouldn't take him because of it. I've been here 3 times, and every visit has been nothing but professionals and compassion towards my dog and I."

"This place was great, I have experienced some breed discrimination from a few other pet salons within the valley and when I called to book an appointment and told them my dog was an American Pitbull Terrier they didn’t even flinch which as a bully owner is an amazing thing! Athena was also so accommodating to my dog who has a fear of unknown kennels which was so nice of her. Luna looks, feels and smells amazing! We will be back for sure ☺️"
