"Rudest cashiers possible, 3 employees standing around and walked away as soon as I tried to make a purchase. Store constantly dirty and out of stock of basic items. No longer worth the time to stop at this location."
"Used to be the best location in Reno to shop, but NOT anymore! I used to drive across town just to go to this location, but my experience today has changed that, for sure. After arriving with my handicapped mother, I asked an employee (a new one that I had never seen before) if I may use the restroom. She proceeded to look me up and down and then said, "It's closed." It was blatantly obvious that she was lying to me, but I had no choice but to leave my handicapped mother alone and run to WinCo to use theirs. Not only did that happen, but the store is just GROSS now. Tons of merchandise on the floor (for customers to have to step on or around and hope they don't slip/fall), empty shelves, boxes everywhere, yet nobody stocking the shelves, etc. There's a fairly new employee named River that's sweet and helpful, but other than that, this location is just in shambles and pretty disgusting."
"I was in a hurry to pick up a few things before heading into work, I was having a bad day until I walked into this store. I was greeted with the friendliest smiles, employees asked how my day is going, the store was so clean, the shelves were stocked great and this made my trip extremely easy to find what I needed. I appreciated being greeted with a smile it truly turned my whole day around. Thank you again to those employees!!"
"Great store. I was visiting from out of town. The employees were all really sweet. The store was stocked SO well! I couldn't find a couple things I needed, so, I asked for help. The manager, Tonia, helped me herself (instead of making one of her employees do it) . She was sweet, smiled the whole time and never made me feel bad for having a bunch of stupid questions. I wish our local store was able to get some training from this dollar tree! I'm usually one to only take the time to post if I have a complaint, to warn others. I was SO pleased this time, I HAD to brag on Tonia and her store! Thanks y'all!"
".End of July 2023. The employees were nice, but there were only 2 working in the store. The store Had carts of boxes In the aisles, making it hard to get through. Some merchandise was scattered on the floor. About half of the shelves were empty. This is the third time I've been in the store in the past 2 years and it Always looks messy."
