"This store(Reno location) has really gone down hill. Always out-of products...and they do not have many of the products that the other grocery outlets have. I am assuming the management just doesn't care, or maybe it's just the demographics of the area. But this store is becoming a poor representation for grocery outlet. Just about ready to stop wasting my time and money at this location. On a plus side the staff are always friendly but lines are long sometimes with 1 cashier."

"I truly look forward to shopping here. It's not my regular food 'haunt', but I try to get to it at least twice a month. The unique thing about shopping here is, it's got different products coming in every week! So basically, whatever doesn't sell too well at your major grocery chain comes here- Outlet! Hello! And if you are a frugal, budget minded shopper like myself. You can get some amazing deals on products that would cost double or sometimes triple anywhere else. Cereal! They have the best prices when it comes to cereal- and that never changes. Selection is always decent as well! If you pay attention to their weekly ads, you will more than likely come across something that you wouldn't typically buy because it's a bit too pricey at your regular grocery haunt. But wait! Grocery Outlet has it at a steal of a price! I'll get 5! Ok maybe not 5, but you get the idea."

"I like this store. But, There was a scetchy brown guy following me around the store. Made me extremely concerned. He checked out ahead of me and took his time bagging. Then followed me out of the store. He was parked in front of me, and he lingered enough to make me get my PROTECTION. He saw me arm, and still lingered. I didn't make eye contact but, I made sure he didn't follow me. I'm 66 and disabled. Reno PD was not interested in the issue."

"Always love this place I have a big family so really low prices and good product sometimes you got to double check though. The employees are always super friendly"

"I’ve had a lot of fun shopping here often, but during my last visit, I was yelled at as soon as I entered the door because I had my bag on me. I kept walking because I never assumed that I was being spoken to in that way. I was told that I need to leave my personal belongings up front so that I would not be tempted to steal. So I’m not trusted around the store’s product, yet I’m supposed to trust the associates with my personal belongings? I’ve made large purchases from this store quite often, so why did the associate all of a sudden assume that I would be a criminal this time around? And yelling across the store at me rather than approaching me to talk to me.. There were so many people turned around to see who was being yelled at. You guys should really be more respectful of your customers."
