Walgreens 3495 South Virginia Street, Reno, NV 89502

"I always come to this Walgreens as it’s close to my home and work. I recently started biking and had to stop in before work. I didn’t see a bike rack so I walked in with my bike to ask where it was located. Before I could say anything two employees in the front had an attitude to tell me I couldn’t bring my bike in. I was taken aback but responded that I only came to ask where it was, not to bring my bike with me. They told me they didn’t have one and I could leave it out by the window. I did that but when I went to check out, I ask if it was normal for them to have an attitude with everyone who comes in with a bike, and the employee said “yes, we treat all customer the same with a bike.” I told her how rude that was cause not all customers are the same and should be treated so rudely. She did apologize that I thought that. Which is interesting…why be apologetic of my “thoughts” and not your actions. Not all customers are rude right away and shouldn’t be treated like the last. I work in customer service and this is definitely a no no. Definitely don’t want to interact with these employees that have this mindset"

"I just went to this walgreens on moana and Virginia, hours says 7am to 12 midnight i got iff work at 11pm. I came here because there open i get tibthe doors snd its closed. I am here at 1130pm. I needed to pick up something quick fir my grandson. Diapers. This is bad. Change the dam hours. If it says open until 12midnight then the employees left eary. I give this store 2 stars. Because false hours"

"Sign says they close at midnight. I arrive at 10:30 to discover they're closed and no one's inside. Didn't even have the courtesy to put up a sign saying why they closed early. Everyone boo this place."

"I go through the whole process of the automated system so I can speak to a real employee and when the employee gets on the phone, he was rude from jump. He answered my question and then hung up the phone without saying "anything else I can help you with?" He didn't even say "goodbye" or "have a nice day" - he just hung up. It was rude and unprofessional."

"Jodi was extremely patient and wonderful. I had to go twice today, (no fault of the pharmacy) and I was just amazed how busy they all were and everyone working at the pharmacy were very patient and professional, especially Jodi. Definitely a 5 star pharmacy, thank you Jodi for your help today you were absolutely amazing, always kept your smile while helping customers."
