"Asked for the loaf of bread i ordered to be sliced thickly and warmed. They gave me a cold, hard stale loaf of bread that was thinly sliced. I asked 3 different girls who were working there to warm the bread and they said no and ignored me. Poor service and unhelpful workers. I am very unsatisfied with my visit."
"Don’t waste your time & money on hospital food. Second time going to this Panera bread I should have known not to go again but thought maybe my experience the first time was bad because they had just opened… nope waiting in the drive through for an entire hour with just two cars ahead of us. We ordered 2 meals and a side of macaroni, some how comes out to $50 ?? Of course when we got home a sandwich is missing in place of a mini baguette? Just a horrible experience and the food is gross."
