"Had an order with a scheduled pick up time at 7pm. Come 20 minutes later I had to beg for some attention about my order. They lost it. I watched people walk out because they weren't acknowledged up front. No refund was offered even though my order was over 30 minutes late by the time I received it. After speaking to them about my order he walked back to the kitchen and said to another employee not to worry...your new. And then said "if the customer gets mad F them". Hard to believe we think this way about customer concerns. I finally got my order at 7:33. Got home to find out they didn't bother to cut it."
"Waited 10 minutes just to be told they forgot what I ordered. Waited another 20 minutes when I was told it’d be 10. My order was not the only one getting messed up. Get it together"
"Typical Little Caesars! Just a heads up, at fist I thought the door was locked, but you just have to pull on it hard on the door to open it! They had some fun Halloween decorations up! But the pizza was good! Employees were friendly both to me and each other! And the food was typical wait times (like 12-15 min). Unfortunately, this particular instance my crust got burnt"
"This is a takeout place, not dine in. We are quite fond of their classic pizzas and I've got one kid who really likes the crazy bread (with sauce!) We usually have to wait for something to bake. But the wait is never more than 10 minutes."
