Chipotle Mexican Grill

"We must have come on a bad day. Here is what I see as I sit here. -Dirtiest restaurant I have seen since pre-covid times. Trash and food on floor, all over the counter near the register and the kitchen area. Very messy! -They "ran out" of chips. That is the only item on their side menu. It's like a McDonald's running out of fries. Cut some tortillas and make more chips for Pete's sake! (There are bags of chips in the far corner of the kitchen, btw) -They are breaking down the kitchen more than an hour before closing. Must be related to the chips... -I like al dente foods but not rice. It should never be served undercooked. Kind of like chewing on rocks. -No napkins in the store, even after asking for them. - They only provide a fork when you ask. None to be found at the condiment bar. I think we should have gone to the Panda next door. I bet they even have napkins! Update- Got a nice sincere sounding reply from corporate suggesting I post the comments on their feedback portal. Did that and the direct management of this location was supposed to respond... crickets. Guess I understand why the location was in such poor shape- The management is not concerned enough to get involved. And that's how a brand begins to die. :-("

"Our group is of 4 really enjoyed the food and it company. The staff was friendly. The only issue was the customer with an EXTREMELY HUGE order, who should have ordered in advance, instead of making several parties behind him wait quite a few minutes to be served."

"Wow! I usually walk into Chipotle and I’m extremely disappointed with the cleanliness and attitudes of the employees but today was different! Every single table in the establishment was clean, the staff was in a good mood, the music was playing and I wish everyday was like this at chipotle! Whoever the manager is at the moment is doing a great job and creating the friendly inviting environment chipotle used to be."

"I love this place! Good, fresh, tasty and healthy food, fast! Okay a little slower during the busy times. They are popular. My favorite is a safrites bowl with brown rice, black beans, sauteed veggies, corn salsa and lettuce! Yummy. The staff at this store were friendly, fast and helpful."

"The food and flavors and amazing. W/10yrs food service behind me. The service from this girl at 8pm is lacking. When I arrived there was a man who was already waiting but was told the customer walking in are priority ( he came in with an online order). The girl bickered with him till a customer told her to let him go first. She made his food in a rush and didn't say a word to him. Then proceeded to apologize to us, not him, for making us wait....totally rude of her. I'm eating my food and the rest of staff returns from break. They are moving and chatting a bunch, letting online tickets stack up....these customers don't look happy, people order online to not have to wait in line..."
