""The location on Kietzke is the single best Jack in The Box in Reno/Sparks" That was my previous review. Nowadays, this place has fallen hard. I was left waiting at the drive thru intercom. The girl at the window was busy socializing with coworkers and was cussing up a storm. Didn't receive any napkins. Didn't care for the dirty looks she gave me either. This was today, 6/27 at 11:30 am. Whoever is running this place now needs to be fired"
