"Food was pretty good,only complaint was ceaser salad had no dressing or tasteless dressing. I told the server, she shrugged. We asked for our soup and salad before the meal. Didn't happen, no apology. Management walked by never checked. We asked for a sample of one beer to decide if we liked it, none came... told her.. replied nothing. We couldn't eat our soup so we asked to take it to go,no lids. Of course it spilled everywhere. How can you run out of lids? Our potatoes and prime rib ruined soaked in soup. I do not reccomend this place"
"I have been to BJ's Restaurant at least twenty times, and while their food and service are always consistent, they have never quite averaged a 5-star rating. For the most part, they're spot on, but both times I have ordered a steak it was a disaster. I will admit that their burgers are awesome, but a bit expensive. They've got great beers, and delicious desserts."
"Good is always good if not a little overcooked, drinks are great, and the service is wonderful. It's popular, so plan on hearing the birthday song (sung off key and loudly) at least 2 or 3 times per visit. Otherwise, nice place to eat especially with a group."
"The service and the waiter was horrible. Jason was not attentive. We waited roughly about 45 minutes for our food. He did not ask if we needed a refill for drinks or anything. The pizza came out room temperature. Fries were not hot. The buffalo wings were dry and burnt. We asked for a orange cream soda and that was warm. We told the server and I quote he said ," that's the best I can do."I will never come back to waste my hard earned money on this place. It was my wife's birthday and we were not happy at all. Please don't go here unless you want be neglected especially if you are celebrating an occasion."
