"Rude female pharmacist. rude female tech...both not an asset to CVS...was told to "google" the phone number of the nearest medical emergency room (less than a mile away) to clarify the dosage amount of prescription I was trying to fill for my 92 year old mother. Isn't that their job? Long story short- Go somewhere else if you value your time and patience."
"I agree that the staff is rude for absolutely no reason. I’m prepared, know my stuff and concise with my questions/requests-I feel bad for older people who need more help. A lot of businesses are understaffed including Target themselves but it’s not okay to be rude. Why do we accept this from pharmacy employees but would never from Starbucks/Target employees, Healthcare providers, etc?"
"Only person there when it opened and the provider turned me away saying they were to busy today and I need to schedule an appointment even though they are a walk in clinic as well. All I needed was a flu shot. Would have taken 2 minutes but she was already overwhelming flustered without anybody there. Don’t waste your time."
"The people here are fine and pleasant but simply being inside a Target is not enough reason to go there any longer. They are usually under staffed and when I asked, they said this is just how corporate schedules them. They have 4 computers to check people out but 1 of them seems to have abilities the other 3 do not. Being told multiple time, “this computer cant tell me that. You’ll have to go back into the line and wait for the other computer”. What year is this?? Also, what 3rd party are you using for your automated calling. Using the same system for both SPAM calling and actually updates is a terrible model, because then people will treat them all as SPAM! Switched pharmacies, already having much better experience."
