"This mcdonalds has been so consistently bad over the last 8 years. They are always out of something I want. Six times, I have gone, and they have told me they are out of Sprite. At the other two mcdonalds I go to in the area, they almost never run out of Sprite. The one in Northern chaska ran out a few weeks ago for the first time that I can remember. I have visited that mcdonalds tenfold to this one. Not only are theyn't friendly, but they aren't clean inside. Now I know they have remodeled, and I haven't gone inside since they remodeled, so that might be a bit outdated. This mcdonalds is lucky it is still in business. Edit: I forgot to mention that I have gotten the wrong order countless times, but one day, I ordered 3 mcdoubles with meals. They gave me a mc rib and a 6 piece. Not even close mcdonalds"
"First off customer service was horrible. Food was cold and they gave me the wrong order…..meaning instead of a Big Mac I got chicken nuggets, there wasn’t that many people or drive through orders. Fries not enough salt. The hamburger meat cold to the touch. I order a drink with extra ice and not enough ice. Cold chicken nuggets. Come on McDonald’s step up"
"This used to be my favorite fast foot in town. Sadly, the management has caused it to lose value. The fries are rarely fully cooked. There is a big reason McDonald's fries were one of the things that pushed the franchise to the top. Now, the managers do not seem to quality check or temp check the food as it goes out to the customer. And then there is the famous coke that's a special formulation to maintain its flavor while having ice. The color and flavor is worse than weak tea. Either the regulator is not working to get the right blend, a dirty line, or a cheap owner is causing this to continue. Then followed by blase and possibly ill trained managers, this place has gone downhill."
