"I had a great time looking for snowboarding equipment. I was struggling trying to find some boots and looking for an old beater board I could use for park and I believe the employees name was max (not to sure), he had helped me with the process and made sure I got everything in order and and helped me a pick a good board and a new pair of eye wear. Overall, very impressive service for it being a used sports gear store!"
"We were in there for 15 minutes looking for skates and no one would help us. There were 3 teen boys just sitting behind the counter. The skates were scattered everywhere with no organization"
"Went to this location to look at ski boots for my daughter. The area for ski boots is small, boots were in no order of size, men's or women's... so many boots on the floor you couldn't get to the ones on the shelf. The worst part was we received NO help from anyone that worked there. There was 4 employees at the front counter (right next to the ski boots) more interested in their conversations with each other than helping customers. The Minnetonka location is much more helpful. Do not recommend this location!"
"If you're looking for used sporting goods then this is a good option. Only problem I have is they don't always have what I'm looking for but that's to be expected. Inventory randomly changes based on what's brought in to be sold. Good location and Friendly staff that keep the store clean and organized for the most part."
