"Staff were great but the food at this Chipotle was horrible, the order was wrong, the fajita peppers made the whole burrito inedible. We will never come to this one again. I tried calling to get help but it's useless. I would suggest eating there so they can fix the issue while you are there amd not do take out or a delivery service since we had issues with that before too"
"I needed gluten-free, and all of the people working there had no idea about it. Finally a girl had to go and find their nutritional info. The chicken bowl I had was not the best. Dried rice and fatty chicken. Not the biggest fan. I would go to Qdoba instead."
"Servers were not paying attention at all, had to repeat myself multiple times. They were sometimes talking while I was ordering then acted like they had no idea I was ordering. The food is always very good though."
"I've been going to Chipotle for 20+ years at various locations throughout the Minneapolis area, and this last time was not what I've come to expect from them. Staff were great, but the food was lacking in flavor and portion for the price. I enjoy them too much to let 1 subpar experience turn me off. I just hope that next time, their status can be redeemed, and I can write this off as just one of those days."
"I ordered it online and I requested extra rice and beans. When I came home and I opened my bowl and its not even half full. I eat there all the time and this is not even half of what I get. When I called the store to tell them my concerns, he said I am sorry you feel that way. Its not that I felt that way its what I got. Very disappointing and I know why chaska , MN location got very bad reviews. I recommend people to look their order before drive off."
