The company they use to insure delivery declined the claim and I can't get FedEx to even put a trace on the package. All three took advantage of my elderly mother. Do not order from this company. "I love my My Pillows. I’ve had them for over 10 years now and I wash them at least once a month. They’re literally the best pillows I’ve ever had. All other pillows go flat within a week of purchase and you can’t wash them. I just came to buy more since my s.o. has decided to claim mine. Thanks Mike and the My Pillow team"
"This is not a knock on this location, but the product itself. 10 years ago I purchased 2 MyPillows from Bed Bath and Beyond, both came in sturdy boxes and had great support. I purchased one about 6 months ago from the 800 number, it was worthless. Came vacuum packed all shriveled up. The instructions were to place it in the dryer for a period, which I did, it fluffed up ZERO SUPPORT. Don’t waste your money."
