"This was the first time we tried the Jimmy John’s in Monticello. Probably the best sandwich shop around, no matter the city. We ordered our food online through the jimmy johns app. It speeded up our order cause when we arrived the drive thru seemed backed up. I ordered the chicken Caesar wrap and my wife ordered the tuna sandwich. Tasty sandwiches and good customer service."

"The girl that made our sandwiches was great however the gal that took our order at 8:40 pm was incredibly annoyed that we just had to use the bathroom despite being up since 3 am traveling with delayed flights. She seemed disgusted that the mop was in the men's bathroom and God for bid couldn't close early. Clearly she was banking on leaving before 9pm as she proceeded to count the drive through till while we were still there and talking on her cell phone. This was super disappointing and I'm pretty sure she needs some coaching with her customer service skills or find a different job"

"I ordered my food online through the jimmy johns app. I ordered the chicken Caesar wrap and I told them to leave it at the door. When the delivery guy showed up he waited at the door and did not leave till I went to the door. He made me sign the receipt which I’ve never had to do before. When I opened my wrap, I was shocked to find shredded cheddar on it and not Parmesan. I could barely taste the other ingredients in the wrap. All I could taste was the cheddar cheese that wasn’t suppose to be in the wrap in the first place. And the tortilla was concerningly brown. The only thing I actually enjoyed with this whole thing was the chocolate chip cookie and the fountain drink."

"My wife picked up Jimmy John's on her way home at the Monticello Jimmy John's and ordered a Turkey Tom and a number 10 Hunters Club sandwich. I was about to enjoy what was a roast beef sandwich, but I had no meat in my sandwich! Apparently making sandwiches correctly is a difficult task. Called the store and inquired as to why my sandwich had no meat on it. I asked to speak with the manager and they put me on hold and never picked up. I waited 10 minutes and then hung up. I guess the manager was too busy to handle a customer concern. I would not recommend eating at this Jimmy John's unless you want your sandwich screwed up. They obviously could care less about the customer as they view us as expendable. Jersey Mike's for us from now on!"
