Primo Pizza

"Absolutely amazing. I came in for a pick up order and he hadn’t started it, which I was fine with. Without me prompting, the pizza guy offered me a free bread side because of the wait. Way more importantly, you can actually taste the tomatoes, unlike chain stores. This was my introduction to the effect of ultra processed food. My boyfriend and I can each eat a whole dominos pizza and still be hungry. Here, we each had two slices and we were full, which is unheard of. Dominos, Papa John’s, and other chain stores all have ultra processed food, which is for lack of a better word predigested. Here, the ingredients were real, and my god did it make a difference. It helps that the service was amazing :) I highly recommend this store!"

"First time trying Primo. Owner was super nice. The buffalo pizza needed more buffalo sauce. It tasted like a cheese pizza with chicken. But highly recommend the hamburger pizza. That was fabulous!"

"After our last bad experience, a Primo Pizza manager called , gave us a free pizza & apologized for the poor service & food. We have since ordered from them a few times and everything has been great! So, my review is changed from a 1 star to 5 stars. Thank you Primo Pizza. Past review below - 4 months ago ... 1 star review. Primo Pizza has been our go to pizza delivery for many years & has been great! We have ordered it to our cabin & home. We tried ordering to a friend's cabin last night online & it wouldn't recognize the address, then tried another neighbor's cabin address & again wouldn't let us order and they are closer to Monticello than our cabin. I called the store & the guy wouldn't take the order over the phone because they were busy. He said to order on the app & spent 5 minutes exposing the app! So frustrating. Finally, we ordered on the app & had it delivered to our house. It said 40 minutes. After 70 minutes, I called. The pizza was done, but there was no delivery person there. Finally, they delivered them after 1 hr & 45 minutes & one pizza was burnt! So disappointing & frustrating! The delivery gal was very friendly though. Thank you to her. Please train your phone answerers to be more friendly, courteous & polite."

"Just ordered a large 3 topping pizza with extra sauce. The cinnamon twists are pretty amazing too! Baby approved! Mmmmm so incredible! My favorite pizza in Monticello for sure! Thank you thank you thank you!!"

"The only reason I am giving them a 1 star vs 2 is because this used to be our favorite pizza and the last 3 times it has gotten progressively worse. We ordered the 3 top special. One of our toppings was extra cheese. Some pieces didn't even HAVE cheese on them."
