Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

"My last review was deleted after the owner responded, so I'll repeat. Stood in a empty restaurant with 3 or 4 employees who could care less that I was there. 8 to 10 minutes standing at the counter I left and went across the street to Arby's. Don't wana forget the employee passed out in a both just left of the counter. That was fun watching the staff wake him or her up."

"The drive thru server was sarcastic and condescending when we asked to change the kid’s menu meals to soda because they were out of chocolate milk. It seemed as though she did not approve of our decision to give our kids lemonade. When the food came out after a long wait, the fries were cold and soggy. We kindly asked for new fries and expressed our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience. When the burger came out, the fixings were incorrect, the cheese was unmelted, and the patties were lukewarm. I asked for a replacement, once again with my sincerest apologies for the inconvenience. They came out with the same burger and just pulled off the tomato. The manager never returned despite our request to speak with her. We went down to Culver’s and ordered a much more appetizing meal. If I’m going to indulge in food I don’t typically allow myself to eat, then it needs to be worth the calories. Needless to say, we will not be returning."

"This is a great dairy Queen. The ladies that keep things running over there really care about their work. You can tell they are probably understaffed and working more hours than they would like. But the food quality is great and they are really adding a great value to the city. I like how dairy Queen has affordable options for their family meals like $7 meal unlike some of their competitors. Culver's is like 12 bucks for a value meal now. And this includes an ice cream which is better than custard in my opinion. Not hating on Culver's too much You will sometimes catch me there. Dairy Queen definitely has more bang for the buck!"

"Dairy Queen is always good. We had and ice cream combo. We received everything as we asked, to my spouse's delight, she didn't have onions, mustard or pickles on her burger. Only thing is the temp of our food. Was on the low side Otherwise, the food was good it was clean and the service was great."

"I wish I could rate the food a zero because as I stand here writing this review, I have been waiting at the counter to order for over 7 minutes now. The entire restaurant is empty but for one table with 2 adults at it, and one car or so in the drive through but no employee has greeted me yet or attempted to take my order. I’m not at 8 minutes and am leaving to never come back…..giving them one more chance?? Nope no one will look at me..:don’t come here, they clearly do not want guests or to even be open…good lord"
