"The pizza is always consistent and good. But I'm getting sick of establishments like this asking for tips when you pay at the counter. Not delivered and no table service but a tip jar on the counter or suggested percentage tip when using a card. Selecting the NO TIP button makes you feel you are taking money away from these employees."
"Actively sweeping around customers with 45 minutes to close, the young lady was raising her voice at the young man in the front end, I was also given the incorrect food. Tried calling before 8pm when they close and they decide to ignore phone calls. Definitely gone downhill and will not be back unless I have heard this is corrected. Who knows how the food prep is in back if the front acts like that IN FRONT of customers."
"Ordered a bunch of pizzas for birthday party. I was running late and so were they. I would recommend ordering ahead on a Saturday afternoon/lunch. The pizza is good when it is fresh. Easiest party food ever."
"Food is always great, however we placed an order for online pickup under “ASAP” and it gave us a wait time of 25-30 minutes which is totally reasonable. We then proceeded to wait over 20 minutes past our estimated pick up time. The food still wasn’t in the pick up case, hadn’t received the email stating that our order was done, nothing. No apologizes either. I don’t know if they’re short staffed or just having a rough night. But from somebody who was starving I was definitely irritated.."
