"Find a different pharmacy, save your time especially if you need your medication urgently. I went in, they said it would be filled in 1 hr. I came back 3 hrs later to find only 1 part of it ready and the other would be ready the next day. Ok, fine. I got back the next day, finally get all parts to my medication. To come home and find out my breathing machine was broken. I call to see if i can run over to have it exchanged and the pharmacist says no, they dont replace detective equipment. They basically told me they arent responsible for that. How can you be a pharmacist giving a patient detective equipment. I went 3 days without my medication and im pregnant. And im still waiting for a call from the manager. So just dont"

"I showed up 45 min before they closed with 3 scripts, the drive through pick up was backed up and 4 people in front of me in line. I thought there is no way they are gonna be able to get mine filled before they closed but I took a chance. I explained my urgency and although they initially didn’t think they would have time to get me in they said they would do their best. Oh boy how happy I was when the pharmacist told the tech he would make it happen, and they did!! I’m not suggesting you get in there late lol I hate being that guy! But I am suggesting you shop here for meds. The staff was great! Thank you Walgreens in Higley and Chandler Heights!!"

"Came in today to pick up photo prints and Shawnee was such a gem!!! She was so helpful and patient with me, she helped me size my photos perfectly!! You guys are so lucky to have her ☺️"

"It’s a decent store but not many items of the same product on the shelf. If you want to buy more then 1 hair dye of the same type and color your SOL. Good for a last minute run for quick in and out"

"Kristal who worked the pharmacy desk was terrible. I showed up to get my two shots and this lady told me I hadn’t signed up online. I showed her the confirmation email and she just looked upset. She was talking to me like a robot ignoring my questions. She asked me for insurance which I didn’t have with me and told her i could get my partner to get that she asked me to go through the questions on the screen and ignored answering me again and again. My partner drove 10 mins and showed up and turns out it was not needed cause she was able to find me on the system. There is a difference between someone overwhelmed and someone rude and this lady was just plain rude for no good reason. The pharmacist who administered the shot seemed nice so giving it a star. This pharmacy needs some major culture and customer service training."
