"I brought Canela in and it had been a few months since her last grooming due to needing to get her vaccination up to date. The first time we ever brought Canela to get groomed, she was heavily matted, much more than she was this time and the groomer did a beautiful job. I showed our groomer this time that picture as she was not as matted as she had been the first time. When I picked her up she was completely shaved and looked horrible. Everyone who saw her after were horrified by the cut and couldn't beleive it was a "professional cut" or that I even paid for it. I paid before I was able to see her or I would have argued that. I was so upset after seeing her I just wanted to leave."
