"I purchased a new S23+Ultra in Feb. I needed to ship my trade-in back. I needed to have a tech to clean out my data. I told the young girl at the check-in desk exactly why I was there. The first thing from her was negativity and telling me I needed to go to UPS with my box. Never heard a word that I was saying. And, it was down hill from there."
"I took my toy poodle here. When I picked her up they told me they accidentally cut her foot a little and they had put some kind of black glue on it. I couldn’t see the damage. My dog limped pretty bad. Two days later after licking her foot so much the glue came off and this is what we found. They had cut the top of her foot clear to the bone/ or nail bed. And because of the glue it was infected. The picture is 5 days worth of healing. How do you even cut a dog that bad? Please be careful taking your babies here!"
"They did a nice job on my Schnoodle’s haircut. The staff seemed very nice. When I picked him up he was scared to come out of the kennel they had him in. But he was very happy to see me. When I got him home I noticed one of his toe pads was cut pretty bad. There was blood in his car seat and then it got all over my floors in my home. I’m not sure how his foot got injured. It could have been from the kennel they had him in. But it makes me nervous to take him back to this place."
