"LISAS DOG HOUSE MADE MY DOGS BLEED. After picking up my dog we noticed his paws were bleeding from being trimmed too short. When I called to see who the groomer was, Lisa THE OWNER answered, and was very rude. Claiming that it was our fault for having a difficult dog when never once have we been told of this. Told us if we were unhappy to go elsewhere never once got an apology after they acknowledged they hurt our dog. Lisa claims to have the motto we treat your dogs as our own yet is unapologetic when injuring them, shameful."
