"This is my fiancés dog. He has never had a worse grooming. After they cancelled two of his appointments they finally got him in and then absolutely butchered it. He has gouges of hair randomly chopped off and then long hair left all over. One leg looks like it was barley touched. His ears were randomly shaved some parts long and others shaved to the skin. He had matted hair in some spots so they decided to shave him down. But why leave so many spots completely untouched and some shaved to the skin?"
"We took our little shorkie cupcake in for her very first grooming appointment. We were told it would be 2 hours, and ended up being 1 hour. She got the lamb cut and looked absolutely adorable. She smelt nice and the groomer was very kind and informative. We will definitely be going back. Thank you! Cute cuts for Mutts!"
