"They sliced my dog open. Do not come here. They did not call me when it happened and waited until the end of the appointment to let us know they sliced her open. The owner sent us to a vet where she had to get 15 stitches and we also found additional bruising under her neck showing that she struggled and they didn't stop. Don't bring your dog here if you want them to live. My dog is still traumatized and we can no longer take her to a groomer. She had a cone on for two weeks and had to be on antibiotics and pain medication. It's just not worth it. They also never contacted us to check on her."

"I am extremely disappointed in a place I've taken my dog to for years (not because of their work but for convenience). I called to schedule an appointment as I usually do. I asked the person who answered my call what appointments they have open on this date. She didn't answer my question and asked when I wanted the appointment. I asked her what the earliest was available, again she didn't answer my question and said they open at 7:30. Based on her responses and tone, she didn't want to schedule my appointment. I then said never mind, we are good and hung up. THEN they called me back about the communication, acted like they intend to schedule my appointment, then said "no we're good" and hangs up. I was SHOOK by the pettiness. I called back twice because I wasn't getting an answer. Annie answered and said it was rude of me to hang up (excuse me for not saying goodbye to someone who doesn't want to help me) and took no accountability or tried to rectify the situation. She didn't let me finish explaining why I decided to not move forward with an appointment in the first place. I told her the staff and her actions were immature, petty and unprofessional but it of course it will fall on deaths ears."

"Annie's pet parlor takes good care of my dogs. They do a nice job grooming and my dog loves her spa days! They also will do nail trims in between which is a nice thing, in and out and no more scratchy puppy paws."

"Annie is the best. She does incredible work with our rescue dogs. This girl was so matted her pups could hardly nurse her puppies."

"do not take your dog here if they have longer hair! I specifically went in for only a hygiene but trim and a mini trim on her ears just around her out I specifically asked them not to trim her body because I love her long hair I told the front desk guy that multiple times to make sure there was no trimming of her body and to not trim her front short when I came to pick her up a woman came to the front and casually told me that my dog had a bald spot on her body . i totally thought she was joking because I had told them so many times when I dropped her off not to trim her body and to just do the smallest little trim on her front. her excuse was that she was trimming her undercoat. I have a Pomeranian and when their hair is trimmed short it does not grow back I am absolutely mortified. I started crying when I realize she was serious about there being a bald spot on my dog she was not apologetic and I paid full price for my dog to look like she got cut by a lawnmower"
