New customers will receive a $10 discount per dog, and an additional $10 discount if they pre-book their next appointment within 4 months. However, the salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is rude, has unrealistic expectations, or demands fast grooming for their matted dogs.

Please note that all dogs must purchase a bath package for nail trims and haircuts, and no matted dog appointments are accepted after 2pm. The salon also offers an optional trim service (OTS) for specific areas of the dog's body.
