"They are the best in Phoenix! We have been to many other groomers throughout the years, and they make us feel like family here. The cage free environment is a huge plus as well. And we feel like our dogs are always taken good care of. For example- Our biggest one who has the most hair has come back from other groomers with red sores and was dehydrated over too many hours just to “get the job done”. But at the Paw Spa, they were kind enough to break up his session over two days to give his skin a break when his hair got too tangled. 10/10 would recommend to everyone."
"Excellent service. Quick and precisely what I asked for. BTW, I have an older Maltese girl who is Very difficult to cut or even brush. I've tried many other spas but no one but the Paw Spa folks were able to get her head done. So she always looked like the bearded lady at the circus. I'll definitely be back."
"We absolutely love this place for our 3 dogs and cat! Bradley does an amazing job with their nails, glands and teeth but they also groomed our new 6 year old Pom to perfection! (Shed control is truly working!) They even surprised us with these adorable personalized ornaments. Highly recommend!!!"
