"Sent my labs here for Christmas for 6 nights. When we dropped them off Churro was a very healthy weight. When we got him back he was emaciated. No calls about him not eating, no calls about him throwing up except for only one instance. We sent him with just enough food for the stay and a little bit extra. When we got him back he had more than half his food left. Not happy. Sick dog. Won't be coming back"

"I would honestly give it a zero if i could. I came with my kids looking for a new pet and decided on some fish. We asked a young lady what tank we could get and she showed us and decided on a 10 gallon. We got the tank and showed the lady that was at the fish area what fish we could put in are 10 gallon take and showed her we got like 4 different fish. We also got everything else we needed and the decorations. When we got to the register this elderly lady (the casher) started yelling at me and my little kids from the top of her lungs that we needed to have the water cycle for 24 hours before adding the fish because they could go in shock. It was an honest mistake we didn’t know and the young lady that helped get the fishes didn’t tell us anything about letting it cycle before she gave is the fish. That elderly lady had the right to correct us but not yell at us from the top of her lungs and we were asking many questions and they never said anything about it. She also angrily told us next time do your research before getting a pet having pets is a lot of work. Worst experience I’ve ever had i hate this pet smart and would rather got to aquarium store as if they don't throw there betas that are literally about to die in those little cups and later on throw in the dump because they are lifeless. It was so embarrassing how she yelled at us and hopefully I never see her again."
