"I mixed up my appointment days and was about a week early for my dogs rabies shot. They squeezed my dog in with no problem and were very patient with her (which is hard when she is a 100lb skittish Cane Corso) :-)"

"Made an appointment with the clinic for vaccinations, all communication from the time the appointment was made was through automatic text, normal stuff press 1 to confirm appt an so on. 10 min before appt I received a text tell me to press 3 when I arrive and to stay in my car until they text me. So I followed directions. And waited 30 minutes in my car for a text. I finally called the store and they said that text wasn’t supposed to be texted and to just come in. When I arrived at the clinic the tech was rude claiming he called me which he did not I have no record of a call or voicemail. I showed him the text messages and he claimed it’s just corporate that sends those and then said I should have just come in, no apology for the miss communication. I’m seriously wondering how I was supposed to know that I was supposed to come in. I waited 30 minutes in my car for no reason. After the way this clinic was conducted i chose not to go though with my appointment. I won’t be using there services again."
