"Terrible service. Store is messy. Couldn’t get helped by anyone. Wasn’t allowed to use the restroom. Front clerk was very rude and unfriendly. I used to like coming to Joanns seems like hobby lobby will be my top go too from now on."
"Used to work here. I quit. Had too many tasks put onto me when i was closing the store with only 1 other person. Would work 7 or 8 hours with NO break or lunch at all. Store closes with only 2 people. Nothing gets out to the floor because there's nobody scheduled enough to get it out. Everyone is grumpy because they're stressed out and overworked while being severly underpaid. The managers will take the customers side before their employees. No empathy for the employees if something happens personally. I wish all the new employees good luck. Youre gonna need it with all these changes the higher ups are doing to joanns"
"My son who is 15, was told to get out of the store because he was on his own. All he needed was the restroom. If they have an age limit on who can come in the store they should post it.I hate this location"

"I always love heading to JoAnn. Even before quarantine, I enjoyed crafting and creating. They always have sales on wonderful ready-to-use decorations as well as every component you could want. Everyone there is so nice! This is my new favorite location to head to."
