Love that Dr Batty was friendly and took the time to explain all of our options and didn’t push or make me feel guilty for not doing everything recommended. "I am so impressed with the team at Power Road Animal Hospital. My dogs have been treated by Dr Lexi and Dr Batty recently and in the past Dr Stevenson. All of these veterinarians have shown professionalism, courtesy, care and concern. Recently, Dr Batty has been caring for both our corgi and lab. He is so kind and takes the time to discuss things thoroughly and my picky pups really love him.Dr Lexi and Dr Batty have both come out to the lobby to discuss results with me. Dr Batty has called and explained lab results on our corgi in great detail ensuring all my questions were answered. I can’t emphasize enough how impressed I am with how kind he is with my dogs. My lab doesn't warm up easily and she immediately liked him and the same for Dr Stevenson. She would love Dr Lexi too, they just haven’t met. When our corgi was diagnosed with diabetes Dr Lexi comforted my daughter. The front desk is efficient, thorough and friendly so you’re greeted when you enter and feel comfortable. The vet techs are so wonderful and amazing with their knowledge and the time they take to help with understanding the treatment plan for your pups. From front to back staff their care is excellent. I won’t go anywhere else."
