The lead out time to get an appointment is never usually beyond 4-5 days, maybe a week sometimes. Which is fine for me. So glad I came here. Definitely recommend them!"

I only wish I could find a doctor for myself that is half as compassionate and competent as he is. The whole staff is fantastic and I wouldn't take my fur babies anywhere else! "Absolutely adore every person that's helped us here. Dr. Collins is always so honest, kind and knowledgeable in her field. I first came here in 2020, my dog was sick and was so impressed with Dr. Collins because instead of making me spend 1000 dollars on figuring out what could be possibly wrong with my dog she said "let's start here" Thankfully that first thing she recommended resolved the issue completely and I didn't have to spend unnecessary money. We love an honest vet! Two weeks ago, I had some concerns about My Cali and it turned out she had to have a unexpected surgery. (Her first ever!) Even though they were close to closing instead of rushing us out they informed me there was availability for her to have surgery right then and there because fortunately they had a cancellation. If she didn't have that I don't know if she would have made it. I am forever grateful to all the staff for their empathy and patience through this whole process. This was a very emotional experience for me. Every person that helped her was so reassuring and made me feel like she was going to be in the best care possible. Dr. Alber performed the surgery and was also SO informative and took the time to explain everything to me even after the surgery. I even got a phone call the following day of him checking on her . I didn't feel pressured or guilted into anything and I truly never do. I give them my full trust on knowing what the best care for my dog is. I can't say enough of thankful I am to have found a vet office that you can tell puts their heart into their job. Thank you all so much again for saving my baby and bringing her back to good health."
