I had the following work completed: Drain pool, acid wash, refill pool, balance chemicals, repair and refinish Kool Deck, replace plumbing at pool pump area including replacing multiple valves and clean filters. I got four estimates for the repairs on my pool and Platinum Pool Care had the best price. I'm extremely happy with the completed work. I highly recommend them for repair work. When contacting them, they seem to respond more quickly to text messages over calling. I'm sure they get a lot of spam calls like everyone else."

"Hired Cody and his crew to fix our pool that was not working properly. He fixed it and then we had the same issues a few months later. Called Cody back and he had no record of fixing our pool or the warranty. Good thing we saved the receipt. Made the mistake to then hire them to start servicing our pool since they did our neighbors pool. What a nightmare! We had algae growing in it, they never swept or did what they said they were going to do. We didn’t understand why the pool always looked like nothing was done. Well good thing we have security cameras and pulled the records..... their service tech would come to our house, put chlorine in the pool and leave. He would be here for a total of 3 minutes from the time he pulled up till he drove away. Shady service! And even worst customer service."

Adam came out the first week of December 2018, gave us an estimate to refinish our deck, tear out the plaster and re-pebbletech the pool, install a new filter, and clean and seal our rock waterfall. The price was competitive! The work was completed within 3 weeks, BEFORE Christmas as promised! And the work was beautiful!
