"Horrible service from a constant turnover of inexperienced, unqualified techs who allowed my pool to turn green multiple times. As a result I was repeatedly overcharged to “fix” it with a deluge of chems. My $110 fee turned into $195. When I complained management hit me with late fees and a barrage of threatening messages. Not sure what these positive reviews are talking about. I and multiple people on my block have moved on from them. Avoid at all costs! Thanks for your reply. Please refer to my last email wherein I requested a fair final bill without the late fees and overcharges. I’m not paying for your incompetence. Also, “slander” suggests falsehoods. Feel free to point one out. This is the kind of service you get from Fowlers. They take no responsibility for their poor work and threaten and harass you when you speak up. Do yourselves a favor and save your time and money by looking elsewhere for pool service."

Texts ahead of time so we can open back gate and move dogs. Resolves problems quickly with quotes so there are no surprises!"

"In December 2022, we contracted with Fowler Pools to do a complete makeover in our back yard including resurfacing our pool plus remodeling our entire deck and patio. We worked with David Fowler and his team, who were nothing less than amazing. While David was the “front man” on the project, every member of his team was professional, friendly and very easy to work with. Not only does David know his stuff, he is very personable and remained flexible throughout the entire project, which took about 6 weeks start to finish. It is clear that David is “customer satisfaction” focused and he definitely hit it out of the park on our project. They were meticulous, reliable and very much driven by ensuring we were getting exactly what we wanted.
