"I'm not sure what happened here. I requested an appointment and received a very responsive call the same day. The owner said he would was sending over a technician the same day to look at the garage door. I pulled my cars out of the garage and no one showed. My official appointment was two days later to make the repair. They never showed up and no phone calls. I called the two numbers on their site a few times with no response. Epic fail from a customer service standpoint."

"I went through Angie's List/Home Advisor to get quotes for a new garage door. I was contacted by 3 companies that they recommended. Nate immediately called me to offer me a quote. He was able to arrive the same day. He was very courteous and professional. He did a thourogh survey of my existing door and hardware. He was able to identify the deficiencies quickly and explained how to resolve it. He gave us a quote on the spot with a discount and helped us select the appropriate door and color. We made an appointment and he kept in contact with us through the process of ordering the door and the day if arrival. The installation went smoothly. Professionally from start to finish. Easy Day."
