"Absolute joke . Had my laptop to fix the crack screen. Supposed to have it done at 6 to 7 Days. 2 1/2 Weeks Later I keep getting the runaround on it. They told me not once but five different times that would be done by end of the day. And it took me 3 days for them to even answer the phone. had to drive all the way from Cave Creek up to Scottsdale to find out what was going on my laptop. And guess what? It wasn't fixed cuz they're incapable of fixing anything. if I could give them negative Stars I would. Do not take anything to these people you'll never get it fixed."
