"Tried coming here twice because I was told to bring my MacBook in to have the battery replaced. The first time no one was there and there was a sign on the door saying family emergency sure it happens. I called the next day asking if everything was alright and if I could come by today a little after 5 he said sure I’ll be her till 7:00pm. I get there at 5:20pm and now there’s a not saying he went out to grab lunch will be back in 30-40 min. So that’s twice now I’ve wasted time trying to get service through these guys. I’m not even going to attempt a third. You guys just need to do better!"

"One of the worst business experiences I've ever encountered..Dropped Samsung Galaxy off on 1/8/24/.. to see about repair due to water damage..I was told pay $90 however no guarantee that it could be repaired..I get that and was ok with it...I was told phone would have to be transferred to their Phoenix location and it would 5 to 8 business days to know if it could be fixed...started calling them on 1/22/24/ for status..no reason phone call...this went back and forth for another week as they could not locate phone...Finally called them again on 1/31/24/.."oh the tech is working on that right now"...what a coincidence..lol...was told of course the phone was unfixable..(See ya $90 Bucks)...OK then..I'll come pick up the phone..at the same place I dropped it off at of course .I was told that "they would try to transfer the phone back to the Scottsdale location this week...or maybe next week"...Really?..For this consumer the entire experience lacked courtesy, professionalism and of course results."

"The store installed a non OEM battery in my iPhone 12 mini and destroyed my phone according to the tech at the Apple store in Scottsdale. The repair cost was $400, so I just bought another phone. Next time I will only use the Apple store and Apple OEM parts."
