"When you try to call to find out if they can repair while you wait it routes you to a call center in India who can’t tell you if they even have a battery in inventory to fix my phone. Told me I had to use the website to book apt. Booked appointment for 6:40 only to be told they cut off fix while you wait at 6:00 once I got there. Complete waste of time."

"Did a walk-in visit my laptop is having trouble connecting to my home wifi! My home wifi have no problems at all other devices work fine on wifi except my laptop that i had have recent problems with mu device that has a 2 year warranty! The Geek squad team member was so unhelpful and he was very rude to help me ! He didn't help me with my problem at all! All my other times was good but this time was very bad! Team members should find a good resource to help good paying customers with there problems! I will never purchase from best buy ever again! To be treated not like a customer and not getting any type of help!"

"Holy cow this is the best service I have ever had. As a game developer I had some serious problems with my tower computer and they resolved the problem quick and fast! I got to know the employees on a personal level which really secured my trust with them. They also didn't have to do anything drastic (like some other companies do) and are VERY trustworthy. I will be going here from now on if I have problems. 10/10 I WILL be back."
