"My experience with Onsite was great! Miguel and the crew are kind and respectful gentlemen who are thorough with communication and explaining what steps are going to be taken and help you better understand for those who don’t have too much mechanical knowledge. They got my truck (2009 international) back up on the road within a very reasonable amount of time I would recommend these guys!"

"HORRIBLE SERVICE, UNPROFESSIONAL MECHANICS and UNETHICAL/DISHONEST STAFF. (check their complaints on BBB website, Yelp and google reviews)We paid almost $10,000 the first time we took our business truck to Onsite Truck. We had to wait over a month for it to be "Fixed", we finally picked it up and within a few days it broke down again. WE had to pay the towing to their shop to be checked again because we still were under warranty. Well of course, it was something else, not what they had worked on and charged another $6,000. We paid a total of $16,000+ in May 2023. On September, 2023 the truck had the same issues, broke down again, towed it to their shop since it was still "under warranty" (which their warranty is nothing else but a scam or fishing net to have you take your truck back, tell you its something else and keep charging you). We waited another month and a half, paid another $9,000 to have it repaired. Picked it up, drove to the nearest gas station to put diesel on it and noticed it was leaking oil and water. Next day, no power pressure at all, same fuel issue problems etc. Of course, we documented all these issues, sent videos and pictures to Miguel (who claims to be the manager). They, of course wanted us to take it back but after $25,000+ that we had paid, we just couldn't trust no more. I took my truck to a real, ethical mechanic and within a week and 1/5 of what we had spent with Onsite, he fixed our truck and gave me a very extensive list of all the improper, negligent job they were doing. Here are a few: Mix-match parts, wrong parts, ordered very low quality parts (Amazon), there were a lot of loss and missing components. My truck is now working smoothly! It was concluded that mechanics had no clue of what they were doing nor what was the real issue reason why they kept diagnosing one thing after the other. Will be filing a complaint! DON'T TRUST Miguel or Angel or ONSITE and their mechanics, they have no morals, ethics nor knowledge. THEY ARE NOT MECHANICS! THEY SHOULD BE A SHAME!"

"Very unprofessional. Took one of our trucks in to get an alignment which never was done! Lied to us about having the truck on the rack angel lied. Miguel said it was not on the rack. Said the truck was lifted off the ground and inspected but didn’t give any paperwork for the “inspection” They did a 5 minute inspection with their eyes and charged $151.20! A whole alignment for a medium duty truck is $180.00 dollars so why charge $151.20 for a 5 minute inspection and lie to us about services that were NEVER performed? Spoke to 3 different people and got 3 different responses from everyone we spoke too. I HIGHLY DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Never again will we ever do business with on-site. 26 trucks in the valley and not a single one will go to this place. Please do your research everyone.!"

"I do not recommend this place to anyone, dishonest people in the office and poor service of my truck. I'll tell you what happened to me 1. To begin with, I am the owner of a 26-fit truck, and my driver broke down near Arizona. Unfortunately, both my driver and I don't speak English well. That's why the manager of the company I work with talked to them on the phone 2. It was on Friday when they told them to bring a truck to them and they would immediately start repairing it, but by the time they arrived, it was only on Monday 3. They thought I was a stupid person who doesn't understand anything about how the car works and gave me an invoice only for spare parts for only 15 thousand$$. I know that my truck is not new and it has things that are not in good condition ,But I brought it to you so that you could make it so that it could go, and not make a new truck out of it 4. We explained it politely to them and they agreed to change what they needed. And then the worst began 5. When the spare parts arrived to them, they demanded a deposit of 5 thousand, although they had not said anything about it before. Okay, I paid and made the truck go 6. On Saturday, when they finished the repairs, they sent an invoice for the rest of the amount And their manager said that they are closing very soon and if I don't have time to pay, then only on Monday I will be able to pick up my truck. Damn it, wait until I pay for another hour. Can't you do that for your client? 7. And then it happened that's why I'm writing this review. In my life I have never written a review for you to understand) My truck came to Chicago to the service where I constantly maintain my truck and they showed me that the engine turbine that they replaced was not properly bolted and air was leaving from under the new gasket P.S. I apologize in advance for my English, I just started learning it) As a result, I paid 10,000 and they did the repairs wrong. A disgusting place, I hope your business will close forever"
