"I can't stand this place. Can you guys not afford to build a parking lot for your company vehicles? Or clear out all the junk you have in your lot to be able to park your vehicles? Because it's quite annoying when I try to come to pick up a load from a business around here and your vans are always blocking the entrances or expect me to move my vehicle so the can "get out" when I'm working myself."

"I called this company to fix my 3 AC units, one is completely death, the other two are running but not holding a setting temperature. The technician came and ran up and down few times from the rooftop where all the AC units are located. All total he spend maximum 45 minutes at my job site and charged me $765 plus some changes. He reported, one system need a new compressor, the other two he already fixed. He then suggested that I should buy a brand new AC system for the one with bad compressor... I told him give me a quote so I can think about it. Before he go, I looked at the thermostat and the temperature now is reading much higher. I question him, the answer was "gives it few hours before it would goes down to a setting temperature" I believed him. But after few hours my thermostat is still reading much higher than before. I called the office, after multiple called and transferred, finally I got to talked this service manager name John. He is nothing but "errogant" he told me that I have to replace the other AC unit for the one unit in question to work. I tried to explain to him that is not a problem, because there are multiple AC units at my place and they all work properly while this unit is down. He won't take my reasoning...and he boast about his 25 years experience. We argued back and for, multiple times, the last time he again boast about his 25 years experience and talked down to me. He dare to asked me, "what do I know about AC?" I told him I don't have experience but I do know some...so he told me "how come you don't fix the problem, and instead calling us!" He also acused me wanting free service! All I was asking is Andrews Refrigeration is come out and fix the problem that ít technician claimed he fixed while it is still broken! If not, he made it worse than before! I don't want any free service from any one, all I want is a fair, ethical business, I want to get what I paid for! But this errogant baster won't come out fix what ít incompetent technician unfinish job! Update: On Oct 19th 2023, Mr. Andrew Refrigeration has decided to credit my account for the full balance of $765.35. Thank you very much for doing that."

"Had my heating unit go out. When other companies wanted to charge me an after hours fee for the weekend plus over time. They were able to come out and repair my heating unit and got the unit up and running same day with out all the crazy extra frees everyone else charges! Great experience. My tech that was sent out to my home was Isreal and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable of my unit. Will definitely recommend to family and friends."
