"I am impressed with Ace Home Services. We used them a little over a year ago to get three new air conditioners/furnaces for our home. They were very conscientious and the job was completed quickly. When I had a question they were quick to come out to check it out for me. They also quickly had a contractor out to make the attic access ways look like nothing had happened (putting the trim back together after they miraculously fit the furnace through the smallest access I have ever seen). Fast forward to yesterday when Thomas Harwood came out to help us with the annual checkup of the equipment. He is knowledgeable and very hard working. He took extra time to make certain that everything was is perfect working order! He is respectful and made sure to put everything back into place for me. He has a very positive attitude and again - I am impressed with his dedication to doing his very best work! "Anthony Burrolo serviced our home yesterday..1/31/24...we had a garbage disposal that suddenly stopped working. Upon inspection it was noted that the blades were very rusty, causing it to jam up..Anthony explained to us that the best solution would be to replace it. Because we are only half the year he recommended the kind that would be best in our situation. It was 1hp model. He purchased it for us and installed it that same night. He also checked our hot water heater and told us the water was coming out clean. Our hot water heater was going on 4 years, purchased in 2020. He recommended that a replacement should be made within the next year...we decided to do it today... so glad we did...see picture. Anthony explained thoroughly everything that was needed to keep our home in good and safe shape. We so appreciate the time he took with us and interest in us as his customer."
