"I loved this office for a long time and always felt the veterinarians provided amazing care to all 3 of my boys. Their record keeping is why I’ve marked my review lower though. I went to this vet for years and only left due to moving out of state. Since then I obviously had to find a new vet. When asked to send my new vet’s office the vaccination history for my cat’s recent appointment, they sent an email saying he had no vaccine history. I looked through my receipts, I have numerous receipts showing all of the kitten vaccinations and then boosters he received there. Sending an inaccurate medical history is just so wrong and frankly could be dangerous for a number of reasons. If my own doctor did this, I wouldn’t trust seeing that doctor anymore. So honestly, I’d think twice about taking my pets there at this point. It’s a shame because I truly did love the veterinarians here. At the very least, be sure you keep all of your records for yourself."

"Best veterinary clinic in the East valley. All of my dogs over the years have been patients at Best Friends. From puppyhood to senior age, these vets and vet assistants will take exceptional care of your pet. Whether doing a routine exam, assessing an acute illness or managing a chronic condition these vets know their stuff! Very reasonable prices and their approach is always the least invasive and cheapest treatment first. They have always made time for my pups in an emergency and they go above and beyond to make the visit as fear free as possible for every patient."
